The DS Action Diver Sea Turtle Conservancy 60th Anniversary links two of the Certina brand’s major themes: the exceptional robustness of its timepieces, and the turtle symbol. With its unidirectional rotating bezel, generous Super-LumiNova coating, screw-down crown, screw-down case back and water resistance up to 300 meters, it easily meets the ISO 6425 standard governing diver’s watches.

The watch is powered by an automatic Powermatic 80 movement with a power reserve of up to 80 hours, mounted in a 43mm stainless steel case. A date display is positioned at 3 o’clock on the black dial. A black rubber strap with fold-over clasp, two pushers and a diver extension ensure a perfect fit, above and under water.

A sea-blue seconds hand and “Diver’s Watch 300 m” lettering take up the Sea Turtle Conservancy color; the case back features the organization’s turtle logo. In 2019, the 60th-anniversary year, the maritime timepiece is presented in unusual special packaging: the box, in the shape of the well-known Certina DS turtle shell, is accompanied by a matching key ring and an elegant anniversary badge.
